You can do this!

  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 cucumber (grated)
  • 1 cup fresh Yogurt (made using EkoYogurt Starter Culture)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Let's do this!

  • Hang Yogurt in a muslin cloth for 1-2 hours.
  • Chop garlic coarsely. Sprinkle salt, to taste and mash into puree
  • Squeeze out water from the grated cucumber, chopped green onion, add to the mixture and stir well.
  • Add Probiotic Greek Yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, basil and pepper, mix well.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • Relish the dip with snacks.
