GREEK YOGURT DIP
You can do this!
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 1 cucumber (grated)
- 1 cup fresh Yogurt (made using EkoYogurt Starter Culture)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Finely chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
- ½ tsp black pepper
Let's do this!
- Hang Yogurt in a muslin cloth for 1-2 hours.
- Chop garlic coarsely. Sprinkle salt, to taste and mash into puree
- Squeeze out water from the grated cucumber, chopped green onion, add to the mixture and stir well.
- Add Probiotic Greek Yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, basil and pepper, mix well.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Relish the dip with snacks.
